DIY AT HOME KITS
Congratulations, you're about to turn your beautiful body into a work of fine art!
GENERAL TIPS:
-
Set up - you'll need paper towels and a water cup. Optional: small plate or something to mix on, newspaper/ tablecloth to protect surface.
-
Dirty brushes - when you're not using a brush, pop it in your water cup so it doesn't dry out and get ruined.
-
Mix with white - if you are using a thin/ translucent color, feel free to mix in a little white. You can use a plate or one of the empty paint pots if you don't want to lighten your whole color.
-
There's plenty of paint - don't worry about "messing up" - there's plenty of paint to do several layers.
-
Black & white - are in each kit at the end of the paint pot strip
-
Tutorials - are meant to be general guidance, the funky patchwork style is more beginner friendly and less time consuming, the thermal style is slightly more advanced due to needing to have clean edges

OPTIONAL EXERCISE:
I’ve taught these workshops across the country to over 1000 people and my guests have frequently reported experiencing joy, learning to trust themselves, loving certain body parts, letting go of negative self talk, healing from abuse and more.
If you'd like to bring some more intention to this experience, you can write down something you'd like to leave behind or something you'd like to take with you.

For example: I want to leave behind hating my bloated IBS belly or I want to gain more trust in myself on a day to day basis.
If you’re doing this with other people, feel free to share.
